Return & Refund Policy

At MR. BAMBOO INDIA, we are committed to providing premium quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order details and clear images of the product.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance (if applicable)

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos). We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
